BBQ Royale Restaurant

Acclaimed chef Michael Björklund was asked to start a restaurant in the high-end Stockmann’s department store in central Helsinki. We created BBQ Royale, an upscale hamburger restaurant with a rustic feel and a hint of Åland (Michael’s home island ) in days gone by. We created the concept, interior and lighting. We also produced the art work, which also doubles as acoustic panels.
