Grill Restaurant

Grill, top chef Melker Anderson´s favourite restaurant, burnt to the ground in November 2007. Four months later, a new Grill rose, with the same theatrical features and even stronger in the wishes to invite the guest to a trip around the world in interior and taste. This is the Indochine room, wishing to give an impression of ancient Saigon. Colored umbrellas, small lanterns hanging from the ceilings, a 7 meter wall with a view of a lively city street in Vietnam… lean back and travel east.
